...Opened their doors in May of 2013.  Colorado Plus began with a dream to be a place where anyone and everyone could celebrate their love of great food and drink, and a place where everyone was family.  They offer 56 rotating Colorado microbrews on tap including beers brewed right there on site. Although they have some of the best Colorado beers made, the kitchen is where Chef Grant Teason does his magic on a daily basis.

The Kitchen

Colorado Plus' kitchen is 90% scratch, and Chef Grant places a huge emphasis on purchasing high-quality ingredients. He features Colorado lamb, pork that comes from a family owned farm in Brush, Colorado, and all of the beef and bison is raised in the Rocky Mountain region. They buy our all natural chicken breasts from Boulder Natural Meats. It's imperative that all the meats are hormone and antibiotic free.

True to their support of local farmers, Chef buys his produce from not only but Five Fridges Farm and True Roots Farm; all out of Wheat Ridge.  Many restaurants brand themselves as local, but much of what Colorado Plus and Chef Grant serve comes from less than 3 miles away!  Get more local than that we dare you.  

In the end, for Colorado Plus,  it's all about the people. They have a great passion for every single face that walks through their doors. From their employees to the guests, to the local farmer, their respect and desire to serve are second to none.  Dine there tonight!
